Delivery

Most of the stock is readily available in inventory and will be dispatched within 3-4 days. It will additionally take 4-5 days for final delivery depending on the pin code.

Return Policy:

Dear Customers,

1. Please make a video while opening the parcel. The video should start by showing the address label as it is sent by the vendor right from the outer package.
2. Full video right from outer parcel till showing the defect should be taken.
3. No replacement or refund will be done without video proof if in case u receive damaged/missing/any kind of issue. Please follow this strictly.
4. We will not be responsible for any damage or missing product without proper video proof.
5. No complaints will be entertained without proper video.

Terms:

1. Return and replacement only if the product has a manufacturing defect.
2. Small transit defects (which are repairable )will not be considered for an exchange.
3. Products can be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery.
4. Payment Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged products or delivery of incorrect size (size other than that ordered).
5. Exchange is allowed with the same or different products.
6. Do not complain to us about quality. …. all qualities are mentioned and you can judge them with pricing also.
7. The colors are ought to be different than the pic. all pics provided are focused in bright light (in some cases only)

Cancellation Policies

1. If you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. It is NOT possible to cancel part of your order. We recommend you cancel the entire order and re-purchase the required quantity to simplify the transaction.
2. If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount subject to deduction of charges if any, and whereas you cancel your order after the shipment but before receipt of the item, the same will be liable for deduction of the two-way shipping costs.
3. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge/bank transaction charge of 2.5% of your total order value. 
4. There are circumstances when the company might have to cancel a particular order.
5. Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order and www.shagunpunjabisuits.com reserves the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Although our online stock inventory is programmed to update automatically, www.shagunpunjabisuits.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, to inform you via telephone or email, or mobile text about a shortfall in the quantity you ordered of any item. In all such cases, we have the right to either supply you with less than the quantity you ordered or cancel your order with prior notice to you.
7. If an order is to be canceled after shipment, the individual return policy of the vendor applies. A return fee is charged by vendors in most cases.
